The heart of the Phenom is Tippmanns patented FlexValve Technology, a brand new technology that is not available on any other paintball marker. The FlexValve operates below 300 PSI for improved air efficiency, giving players more than 1,400 shots from a single 68 cubic-inch, 4500 PSI tank. Also, with its Spool Valve Design, recoil is virtually eliminated for significantly-enhanced accuracy. Not any stores near me to get the x7 phenom so I ordered from ultimate paintball. I ordered on Dec. 31 which was a holiday as well as the day after then the weekend so I wasn't sure when I would get it. It arrived on Jan. 6. The gun by far that tippman has put out and is a must buy for an avid player. Its compact size it was really suprised me. Im not sure whey they called it the x7 phenom other than all the x7 accesories fit on it. Other than that it is a different monster from the x7.
